Finding your own way with Self-Confidence
Self-confidence affects many areas of life and looks different for everyone. This interactive workshop invites students to explore what self-confidence really means beyond perfection, grades, external approval, or comparison. Participants are encouraged to reflect on situations in their own lives where they would like to feel more confident.
Through short inputs and practical exercises, the workshop offers adaptable tools to strengthen self-trust and develop a kinder, more helpful way of talking to yourself. The workshop will be held in English. All students from all backgrounds are welcome.
